No, but I hazard a guess that the driver loads too early?  I don't know
when / where it loads, but you could check the dmesg log, and also the
order in which services start, and see 1) which one of those it starts up
in and 2) how it might be made to load later.  With services, its a matter
of changing the number at the front of the name for the file; others with
more experience than I can supply the details.
