I got a hint to add 

ONBOOT=no

in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-SKYNET

and then I activate my adsl connection with Network Device Control.

I am new to Linux and I don't understand where I have to change this
kernel parameter " enforcing=0" . But if you succeed let me know.
