Chinese language enabled (or selected)
I expect to enable display Chinese in both file system and Firefox.

after installation, you can install scim package for input, use 'yum
scim',
for instance, i installed
scim-pinyin-0.5.0-3.fc3
scim-1.2.3-1.fc3
scim-devel-1.2.3-1.fc3
