Add the following file to /usr/share/hal/fdi/95userpolicy/ to get FAT filesystems to display mixed case when FC3 automounts them.

It looks like the directories have changed in FC4 for custom hald fdi files.
Put the files in /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/20thirdparty/ instead of the directory mentioned above or they wont work.
