This is where I wasn't sure when I replied to Brian earlier today. I'm of the old school, where we had to explode the tree (copy all the discs into one large folder) and till this day, I still do that. Call it routine if you will. There is another reason why I like doing this: it's easier to install missing packages afterwards - they're already exploded and ready to go. I keep a live tree of both the Fedora install discs as well as the SRPMS discs (and updates) that I can access at any time.If you are using NFS, just point it to the directory the ISOs are in. NFS
installs can use the ISO images instead of an exploded tree.
