Why did you add it again? Just copying a bunch of repository
definitions into /etc/yum.conf is the wrong way since at least FC3,
because repositories are configured below /etc/yum.repos.d/

The configuration section at http://rpm.livna.org maybe has new
instructions already. The repository directory was renamed, as the
classification into stable/testing/unstable is gone as of FC4.

Which package version is it?  rpm --query apt

A working one should be in Fedora Extras 4.
