After I upgraded Fedora-3 to Fedora-4 (x86_64) on my AMD Athlon64 machine I ran "sudo yum update" and got the error message =============================================== --> Processing Dependency: libebook.so.8()(64bit) for package: gaim --> Processing Dependency: libedata-book.so.1()(64bit) for package: gaim --> Processing Dependency: libedataserver.so.3()(64bit) for package: gaim --> Finished Dependency Resolution Error: Missing Dependency: libebook.so.8()(64bit) is needed by package gaim Error: Missing Dependency: libedata-book.so.1()(64bit) is needed by package gaim Error: Missing Dependency: libedataserver.so.3()(64bit) is needed by package gaim =============================================== I could update OK after adding "exclude=gaim*" to /etc/yum.conf .
