Upgrade to FC4 from FC3 without having to re download and then burn cds and recreate partition?

As I said, its on the fedora d/l server, its
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/test/3.92/i386/os/images/boot.iso
for FC4 test 3 and
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/3/i386/os/images/boot.iso
for 3 and will be
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/4/i386/os/images/boot.iso
for when 4 comes out in a couple of days.

Anyone for how to do a Harddrive upgrade install?
