If you _do_ have good bandwidth, nothing beats Apache as a proxy server.

Configure a vhost as a proxy and install off that. It downloads only the files you want, and after the first, installs go at your LAN (or disk) speed.

Squid comes in second to Apache. Second because it's necessary to specify a proxy to Anaconda.
