Not to put you off, but it seems like you need to learn linux itself
before posting to a list that is dedicated to a particular
distribution.

However, to help, by "enter the kernel" maybe you mean "terminal"? 
I.e., a shell?  That's where anybody should start when learning linux,
from a command prompt.  To get a shell in Fedora, there may be an icon
for it on the task bar (looks like a video terminal).  If not, then
right click on the desktop and you will see "Terminal" as a menu
choice.

Once in a terminal, you can change a password with the "passwd" command.
