i downloaded the new kernel rpm for i686 from the fedora updates server..
i run the file and it tells me that it needs selinux-policy-targeted,
i downloaded the rpm files for selinux and when i install
selinux-targeted-dev it asks for selinux-targeted and when i install
selinux-targeted it asks for selinux-targeted-dev..
i tried to run the kernel rpm from the terminal it said that this
kernel version conflicts with selinux...
anyone knows how to fix this???

Install the selinux RPMs at the same time:

# rpm -Uvh selinux-*.rpm

This updates both packages in the same transaction, avoiding the dependency loop.
