update kernel from rpm

hey ppl,
i downloaded the new kernel rpm for i686 from the fedora updates server..
i run the file and it tells me that it needs selinux-policy-targeted,
i downloaded the rpm files for selinux and when i install
selinux-targeted-dev it asks for selinux-targeted and when i install
selinux-targeted it asks for selinux-targeted-dev..
i tried to run the kernel rpm from the terminal it said that this
kernel version conflicts with selinux...
anyone knows how to fix this???

ps: im having problems going online from linux so i cant use yum...
