Is it a kernel module? If it is, ensure you have kernel-'unname -r'-devel installed (you can grab it via yum).
kernel-*-devel is new in FC4 (and RHEL4); the files included in that package are included in the kernel-* packages in stable Fedora releases so far.
If you're building a module not included in the shipped kernel, you should be able to find build instructions in the same place you got the driver.
