Leafnode Update

Leafnode has been updated to 1.11.1. I have recompiled this to create a
simpler default configuration file. Add your news server(s) and it
should run "out of the box" (you need to edit /etc/xinited.d/leafnode as
follows:
service nntp
{
        disable         = no
        socket_type     = stream
        protocol        = tcp
        wait            = no
        user            = news
        server          = /usr/sbin/leafnode
#       bind            = 127.0.0.1
}
