i got it.
i use add LANG=zh_CN at the beginning of the shell acroread, and then it works.
i also tried to add LANG=en_US or LANG=en_US.UTF8(which is the default value of the LANG system environment entry) ,but neither works.

Or the xorg-x11-deprecated-libs may be needed. "ldd /path/to/acroread"
should tell you.
