I'm trying to print the documentation for GNU libtool. The output of texi2dvi is always for A4 size paper, even though the documentation for the texinfo format says that letter size paper is the default. Just to be sure, I inserted the line "@letterpaper" at the start of the source file (which is libtool.texi). The output is still for A4 paper; it says so in libtool.ps, if generated. Why is this?
