Aaron, and anyone else reading, I have been doing some digging, and I believe the problem may be related to the graphics card and the hardware discovery. The item that appears to be the bug is that Anaconda comes up with it's graphical install fine, but after reboot the system is unable to start the x server. Believe it may have to do with the funky onboard via graphics setup on this mobo.
