I checked the Apache2 documentation at http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_alias.html and found the note about the trailing slash which means, that the alias should be set for /webmail and not /webmail/. > There is something else happening that is not allowing him to get to > the directory properly.
