Linux software RAID has nothing hardware specific. You create md (multi-disk) devices out of existing hardware partitions. The nbd or enbd drivers connect to partitions on a remote machine over the network and RAID1 mirroring can work over them as though they were local partitions. -- Les Mikesell les@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
