So far, I have found http://www.nrpms.net/Latest.html that has unofficial FC3 rpms for gnome 2.10. I have not used GARNOME, but that might actually be easier if you run into dependency troubles. Make sure to get all of the gnome 2.10 packages, and beware that the dependencies for the rpms may not be the same as for the source.
