In order for this to work, you must have installed grub into the root
or /boot partition of your Fedora installation whilst installing Fedora.
Did you do that, or did you select "no bootloader"?

Assuming you did that, you then get bootpart to create a boot.ini entry
to load grub from the Fedora root or /boot partition. Is that what you
did?
