Hey friends,

The stellar phoneix Linux version provides recovery of deleted
files from ext3 .Actually they have integrated their raw recovery
software in the Linux tool. When you download the Linux version on
windows pc ,attach the Linux hard drive and choose the deleted file
recovery. You will see a window with some headers already there ,put
the headers of the files you want to recover.Headers can be extractd
from the WinHex software or any other Hex editor.

Headers or signature are nothing but some codes in Hex form which
identifes the type of file.Like pdf files has got their headers ,if
you put the header .pdf ,you can recover the files with that header.

If you just want to see the functionality of Stellar Phoneix Raw only
,go to this site.

www.stellarinfo.com/RAW.exe ,please note that RAW is in capital
letters not in small letters.

Regards

Ankush
