Hey it is possible to recover deleted files from the ext3 partition ,You need to have use specialised software for this for ex stellar phoneix raw.It can recover files based on signature or header. What you have to do download the trial version of stellar phoneix raw from their site www.stellarinfo.com. But you need to know the headers of the files which you want to recover .For ex you want to recover .pdf files ,you need to enter the header of that file in the stellar phoenix raw and that software will show all the files with the matched header. The question you will ask how to extract those files,i suggest you to send me the few samples of those files you want to recover i will send you the header information of those files. You can enter the header information or signature in the stellar phoneix raw.The stellar phoneix raw is available for trial.Just try that software ,for further information about stellar phoneix raw please go to this website www.stellarinfo.com Regards Ankush -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list
