Perhaps the manual installation of httpd you did has resulted in newer files than those provided by FC2. The latest official errata package for apr-util is apr-util-0.9.4-14.2.i386.rpm, which, as you might expect, contains libaprutil-0.so.0.9.4. Where did you install httpd? Which version was it?
