I cannot connect to local windows network

I have tried use GNOME by click computer -> network -> windows network
-> workgroup -> computer
it shows i must rename it as samba share file

I also tried use KDE by click LAN browser
it shows i must install lisa daemon and activate it as a root in order
to continue browse.

Well I dont know how to use either samba or lisa daemon, anyone can help me?
