The festival (text-to-speech) program in rawhide (fedora development) has been updated to the latest version, and the 'exclusivearch: i386' was removed, so it's now building for x86_64. (And ppc and ia64 and s390, for that matter.)
I don't know what qualifies as testing, but starting festival and having it utter some text works on x86-64.
