The festival (text-to-speech) program in rawhide (fedora development) has been updated to the latest version, and the 'exclusivearch: i386' was removed, so it's now building for x86_64. (And ppc and ia64 and s390, for that matter.) I don't know why the restriction was there before before -- could someone with one of these systems test the new package and report back?
