You sure a BIOS upgrade won't fix that? Current version is A06 at http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/format.aspx?c=us&cs=04&l=en&s=bsd&SystemID=PLX_PNT_PNT_GXI&os=BIOSA&osl=en&deviceid=162&devlib=1&category=0&releaseid=R27667
