The URL should stay the same. If you don't want the URL to change, you need to use the post method rather than a get. Also since you want to use the same PHP script, your action URL should also be the same. You can just use "#" as a shortcut. Thus your <form> element's opening tag at a minimum should look something like, <form action="#" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data"> -- Deron Meranda
