If you follow the link to dmraid on the above page, you'll notice that DMRaid is a work in progress, that was being developed while FC3 was being released (in other words: too late for FC3). I don't know whether FC4 will include this: the feature set is not yet set in stone. Possibly your best bet is an old IDE drive, a minimal Fedora install, and then playing with dmraid to mount partitions on the RAID.
