I have problem after running up2date on FC3 when it ends, and I restart my PC an error message appears:
INIT: Id "x" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes
and I'm not abte to come over
can anybody recommend me some steps? (I'm a beginner in Linux)
There is a problem with your X server. What graphics card do you have? Have you installed special drivers for it?
You can boot into command-line mode (run level 3) by pressing "e" at the grub (bootloader) prompt and adding " 3" to the end of the boot command line, then pressing return. This will at least stop the error message, though you won't have a GUI.
