Well he might be part of the cleaning crew, then he does not need to get
past the firewall.

Or maybe it might be a salesman with a laptop that had a Trojan on it
that they bring in from home that tunnels though your firewall and start
cracking passwords remotely.  Or it could be a Trojan that is intended
to look like spam with an attachment that you accidentally click on.

Many organizations have a nice hard shell with a yummy chewie center ...
until they have a major issue with a breach or worm.  Fun cleaning up
after a mess like that.
