Hello, Yes, I have tried rebooting repeatedly, but neither device is recognized by FC3 after downloading the updates. I gather that others are having similar problems, though there seems to be a workaround that looks like voodoo to me. As much as I would like to contribute, this is beyond me, so I will have to wait for those of you with more brains than I have to find and repair the problem. Hopefully, I won't need any backups for a while.
