We *must* set up some general guidelines for behavior in this community, and we must find a way to make them enforceable. Please note the amount of time we spend correcting people about HTML, top-posting, hijacking threads, unforgivably rude and uncivilized behavior, etc. This is probably half the "noise" on this list.
