Ok, I'll use QMail for SMTP to send messages but what about some POP3 or
IMAP server to receive messages on multiple domains?

See http://qmail.org/top.html for THE site on qmail and its add on applications. Qmail comes with its own POP3 support. That site will provide references to anything thats important. Start there. Also see the authors web site at http://cr.yp.to/qmail.html

Theres a qmail list, but I've been on it so long I can't remember how to sign up for it. I send to it via
qmail@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
