I like to keep up-to-date by compiling my own kernel every now-and-then, and was wonderingm, What are the -ac and -mm patches for? Thanks!
I don't know what 'up-to-date' is... but I always look at http://lwn.net/Kernel/ to receint kernel patches including Alan Cox (ac) and Andrew Morton (mm) patches
