Ah, I think you're on to something.  For completeness sake, here is the
snipped bit:

If it isn't the Fedora repos, then it must be the k12ltsp repo that I use
for some eductaional software.  Checking that repo I see that
wireless-tools-28-0.pre4.1.fc3.i386.rpm is there.  I'll get in touch with
them and see what the situation is.
