The rebuilding of the php-4.3.10-3.2.src.rpm package dies! I run the rpm rebuild with the default php.spec: rpmbuild -bb /usr/src/redhat/SPEC/php.spec and I get this output: ... (skip) ... ## ----------- ## ## confdefs.h. ## ## ----------- ## #define COOKIE_IO_FUNCTIONS_T cookie_io_functions_t #define COOKIE_SEEKER_USES_OFF64_T 1 #define DEFAULT_SHORT_OPEN_TAG "1" ... (skip) ... #define PHP_WRITE_STDOUT 1 #define SIZEOF_INT 4 #define SIZEOF_LONG 4 #define STDC_HEADERS 1 #define WITH_BCMATH 1 #endif #ifdef __cplusplus extern "C" void std::exit (int) throw (); using std::exit; configure: exit 1 + make make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop. error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.88292 (%build) RPM build errors: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.88292 (%build) I tried it many times on different machines, but I get always this error! I've also submitted this as a bug 146449 on BugZilla and there is another similar old bug, now closed: # 131054 - Rebuilding of php dies if file package is too old Any suggestion? Anybody experienced something like that? Thanks a lot M.L.Bossi
