I just installed FC2 on a Compaq (Optiquest monitor) and everything went
fine, it seemed, until I was prompted to reboot. After "udev" and
"Initializing hardware" it opened up a GUI and I saw an hourglass for just a
few seconds. After that, my computer froze with a bizarre color pattern:
vertical stripes of random color and width. This happens every time I try to
boot. Any idea?
I'm very new to this--my apologies if this is redundant; I couldn't locate
anything in the fedora-list archive.
