Try booting with agp=off I recently fixed some bugs in the serverworks agp driver that could explain this, but to be honest, I'm not entirely optimistic. That driver has suffered neglect for way too long, and unless FC4test1 works out ok, I'm probably going to disable it entirely. The lack of documentation and test hardware makes it almost impossible to debug remotely.

Does the intel 810/815 series or video cards need agp to work? If so, maybe an agp=on option for those with this type of video card, after disabling it by default.
I'm probably wrong, but seem to recall agp and the i81o driver working together.
