You should add yourself to the bug for FC3. They can use the hardware
info.  At least you can go back to the previous kernel until the next
version is out.  If you got the time and want to experiment a little,
try reconfiguring your printer port from the BIOS.  If the port is
configured with ECP capabilities disable them, disable interrupts,
DMA, etc..

In any case, good luck and let's hope they don't break more things
with the next release.
