rebind win key in kde?

Anyone know how to rebind win key in kde?  I'm used to using alt as meta for
xemacs, but my new notebook puts win where I expect alt to be.

Under control-center/keyboard shortcuts, there is a tab "modifier keys". 
Almost looks right, but nothing seems to be editable there.
