I see one ISO file and yes I have tested with windows disk and works fine.
Was I suppose to open that iso and burn all the directories instead or what...the directions are not that detailed.
You need to burn the ISO files as "images", not just copy them to the CDs. See: http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/e-smith/docs/howto/CD_burning_howto.php3
