I've now managed to make the /dev/dsp +0 +1 files with MAKEDEV dsp, I
then set the permissions so that all could use the new files.  It's
nearly there.  Both rtcw and mohaa notice the sound hardware and use it
in the menu.  Mohaa then crashes on loading the game levels though.

Any further thoughts?
