This site too mentions Zope as an equivalent for Microsoft Sharepoint -
as others noted, I too do not know what that M$ software is in detail.
Speaking about Zope I guess you might be more interested then in Plone

http://plone.org/

which is Zope + CMF + a pre-configured / pre-styled solution ready to
use. Zope itself is kind of naked.
