don't know if you have been through this or not...

on FC-3

system-config-printer
select the printer
'edit' the printer
'tab' printer driver
'button' "Sharing"
'tab' Queue - checkbox - this queue is available to other computers
'tab' General - checkbox - Enable LPD Protocol
