According to http://distrowatch.com/ page hit rankings, those two and Mandrake constitute the top 3 distros. I have them all installed (plus Xandros), but SuSE is the one I use most. A few comments: FC: 1-https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=107733 (keyboard) 2-non-standard use of Grub (grub.conf instead of menu.lst-PITA for multibooters) 3-doesn't include HFPS support by default (Mandrake & SuSE do) 4-https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=141361 (RHL Bugzilla awful) Mdk: 1-Bugs. I can't believe how many bugs they find acceptable to have open with each new release. 2-The GUI package management system interface is horribly designed. Mdk has the best user support, SuSE the worst. If you don't have broadband, you have to buy SuSE if you don't have anyone to borrow the media from. User participation in FC & Mdk development are big pluses missing from SuSE. -- "The message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved, it is the power of God." 1 Corinthians 1:18 NIV Team OS/2 ** Reg.
