Both files look correct to me:

[root@C5600i ~]# cat /etc/hosts
# Do not remove the following line, or various programs
# that require network functionality will fail.
192.168.1.101   C5600i C5600i

[root@C5600i ~]# cat
/usr/oracle/product/10.1.0/Db_1/network/admin/listener.ora
# listener.ora Network Configuration File:
/usr/oracle/product/10.1.0/Db_1/network/admin/listener.ora
# Generated by Oracle configuration tools.

SID_LIST_LISTENER =
  (SID_LIST =
    (SID_DESC =
      (SID_NAME = PLSExtProc)
      (ORACLE_HOME = /usr/oracle/product/10.1.0/Db_1)
      (PROGRAM = extproc)
    )
  )

LISTENER =
  (DESCRIPTION_LIST =
    (DESCRIPTION =
      (ADDRESS_LIST =
        (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = IPC)(KEY = EXTPROC))
      )
      (ADDRESS_LIST =
        (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST =C5600i)(PORT = 1521))
      )
    )
  )

Have you followed the instructions of Werner Puschitz' website?
(http://www.puschitz.com/InstallingOracle10g.shtml)
