True, but users file bugs against what they consider relevant at that
time (bugzilla.redhat.com is probably where most of the yum bugsa re
reported against). Some users wanted to file also against yum's
bugzilla, don't know whether they finally did. At any rate the yum
author is aware of this, and hopefully one of the next yum releases
will have this fixed.

These wouldn't belong there as these are compatibility packages for
older flac. The compatibility packages are in

http://atrpms.net/dist/fc3/compat/

The idea is to not have to lookup the package at all manually (unless
the package resolver fails ...)
