It's in

and has been discussed on the freshrpms list. The workaround until
this is fixed is to use yum20 or apt.

That's another bug in yum that is fixed by using apt for instance:

The provides above _are_ in ATrpms, but yum cannot resolve them:

rpm -q --whatprovides libFLAC++.so.2 libFLAC.so.4
libFLAC++2-1.1.0-4.1.rhfc3.at
libFLAC4-1.1.0-4.1.rhfc3.at

Hm, not really, it should be provided by plain ffmpeg. Can't comment
on that, probably a yum issue again.
